Integration Centric Development
Integration Centric Development  (ICD) is a method for developing complex systems. ICD emerged in the early 1990s at Ericsson, a major provider of telecommunication systems. The key construct in ICD is the system anatomy, which is a one-page illustration of the most important functional dependencies in the system. The anatomy provides a single, easily interpretable, architectural view of the system for all stakeholders.
